Job Summary
As a Remote Walmart Reseller Customer Service Chat representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Walmart customers through chat and email channels. You will assist customers with their orders, refunds, and returns, respond to inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, and troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter on the website.
