Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Channel Improvement/Global Accounting team as an Accounting Analysis Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups across arenaflex to drive new business initiatives and lead projects that focus on accounting processes for our Channel Advancement and global retail business. This role is crucial to arenaflex's success and leadership in accounting, and you'll play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and accurate month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Analysis Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide inspirational leadership – communicate vision and strategy for the accounting team and foster a positive culture, instilling trust in leadership and collaboration to achieve business results.
• Administer complex areas of accounting – oversee accounting processes and provide clear guidance to clients on accounting implications.
• Enhance and collaborate for continuous cycle improvement – lead and prompt others in the execution of ideas and innovations to refine existing frameworks, internal controls, and work processes affecting month-end and quarter-end financial close and reporting.
• Assist with building partnerships and constructing a high-performing team – mentor and motivate team members to meet business targets, challenge the status quo, and seek continuous improvement. Engage, retain, and develop high-performing team members to address the needs of a growing business and provide ongoing smart development discussions.
• Enjoy working with a vibrant, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with arenaflex's core values.

We'd Love to Hear From Individuals With:

* 4+ years of relevant experience in: + Driving accounting projects for a large, global, public organization + Working cross-functionally with teams and business groups to implement accounting solutions for new business initiatives + Communicating with multiple stakeholders and settings, including presenting accounting results and topics to finance and business leaders + Experience with Blackline modules, including accounts, consolidations, and journals modules

• CPA or potentially open accounting experience or more
• Four-year degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
