Job Summary

As a Text Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers through various chat platforms, including Facebook Messenger. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to queries, promoting sales links and discounts, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner

  • Utilize pre-drafted responses and tailor replies when necessary to ensure effective communication
  • Engage with customers through various chat platforms, including Facebook Messenger
  • Promote sales links and discounts to customers to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements
