Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to issue settlements in a positive and professional manner
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in a patient and supportive way, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction
  • Unwavering commitment to quality and consistency in customer interactions
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion, and express confidence and certainty in customer interactions
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Solid oral, written, and interpersonal skills
