Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • File disputes and shut down debit cards for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
  • Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all interactions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
  • Ability to use a smartphone or landline phone for remote queue connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Training and Development

* Virtual classroom training scheduled to start on Wednesday, October 30, 2024

  • Training schedule:

+ Week 1: Wednesday (5PM-10PM), Thursday (9PM-2AM), Friday (9PM-2AM), Saturday (5PM-10PM), Sunday (5PM-10PM) + Week 2: Monday (off), Tuesday (off), Wednesday (9PM-2AM), Thursday (9PM-2AM), Friday (off)

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Scheduling Options
