Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
