Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Chat Support professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a Virtual Assistant Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their queries, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience in a virtual or remote customer support environment
