Job Summary

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service and providing support for their accessibility needs. You will also be responsible for supporting Guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My arenaflex Experience application. This is an hourly position that requires a strong passion for Guest Service, technical abilities, and computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist Guests with disabilities in registering for the Disability Access Service and provide support for their accessibility needs

  • Provide support for Guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My arenaflex Experience application
  • Attend a paid training class where you will participate in multiple performance assessments
  • Demonstrate technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing while demonstrating strong problem-solving decision-making skills
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment with knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products & services

  • Demonstrate technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Able to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing while demonstrating strong problem-solving decision-making skills
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation

* Experience working with Guests with disabilities and providing support for their accessibility needs

  • Knowledge of arenaflex property, products & services
  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
