Job Overview
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences across our online platforms, including Amazon and Shopify. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via email, Amazon, live chat, and text message.
- Sending text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service.
- Flagging negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and adding them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets.
- Expanding the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms, depending on your level of experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: + Respond to customer service queries in a timely and professional manner. + Utilize templated messages to ensure consistency and efficiency. + Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Customer Communication:
+ Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries. + Ensure accurate and timely communication to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Review Management:
+ Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks. + Add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. + Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Other Opportunities:
+ Expand the role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms, depending on your level of experience.
Requirements
* Experience: + Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. + Familiarity with e-commerce operations and customer service principles.
- Skills:
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). + Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) a positive. + Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- Availability:
+ Must be available between 1 PM - 6 PM GMT (UK). + Not required to work weekends, but scope for extra hours if desired.
