Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, tackling everything from routine questions to more detailed support issues
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer problems
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer problems, escalating concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
