About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve customer experiences through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain large-scale, cloud-based data management systems to support business growth and customer experiences * Design and implement data entry processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Work with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and implement data pipelines and analytics platforms * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making * Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation Focus Areas * Data Set Access Stage: Develop and maintain an adaptable query door that works with data reflections to support sub-millisecond latencies while enabling Netflix microservices to store, consume, and manage their data more effectively. * Data Stage Framework: Design and implement a platform for our own data stages, enabling Netflix to rapidly advance on giving cutting-edge data and analytics frameworks to the rest of the organization without building custom platforms for each new framework. * Large Data Processing: Develop and maintain a cloud-based stage for large data processing at Netflix, supporting batch data processing, ETL, and machine learning workloads. * Large Data Coordination: Offer a stage for booking, coordinating, and executing large data jobs and workflows in a self-serve way, supporting basic services that have all ETL and ML jobs running on Large Data Frameworks at Netflix.
