Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – HR Support and Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our HR team with various tasks and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to our employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding support to employees by responding to their requests related to HR systems, benefits, and payroll.
  • Resolving issues and answering employee inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Providing HR procedures, policies, and rules to employees, ensuring a clear understanding of our processes.
  • Providing detailed information on topics such as leave policies, time-off requests, and other HR-related questions.
  • Managing and resolving issues, ensuring a positive experience and supportive resolution.
  • Processing HR transactions accurately, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborating with HR partners to resolve complex cases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines to provide accurate information.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support services.
  • Tracking progress and ensuring that blueprints and targets are met.
  • Assisting HR partners in addressing common concerns and providing recommendations for process improvement.
  • Identifying areas for training and development to improve our support services.
  • Ensuring a positive employee experience by focusing on their needs and providing smart support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of experience in HR roles or a similar support position.
  • A long-term postgraduate education in human resources management or business administration, or two additional years of significant commitment in lieu of degree.
  • A proven understanding of HR or related customer service work.
  • Strong knowledge of HR cycles and procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP).

  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated.
