What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to general to moderately complex telephone calls and troubleshooting and responding to customer issues
  • Recording calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution and updating CRM history with results of inquiry
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or business needs
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs serviced
  • Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience
  • The ability to submit a speed test via speedtest.net with download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps
  • Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a related field
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
