Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including data discovery and visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and informing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

• Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models, including regression, cluster analysis, and classification
• Design and implement data visualization dashboards using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Work with relational databases to develop ad-hoc SQL queries and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering, requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentation
• Provide insights on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2 years of experience in a related occupation, utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Strong programming skills in R, Python, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression, cluster analysis, and classification
• Experience with data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with machine learning algorithms, including random forest, sentiment analysis, and A/B testing

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Certification in Statistical Business Analysis and Advanced Programming
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS and Azure
