Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. Your role will involve:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to support members with their healthcare needs
  • Providing clear and concise information regarding benefits, claims, and plan details
  • Troubleshooting and resolving member concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Documenting interactions and following up on issues as needed
  • Staying up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate information
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all healthcare privacy regulations

Responsibilities

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
