The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, providing assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries, and resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications
