Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex's values and mission in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a seamless experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain good customer relationships by acting as a resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate

  • Answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and close cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce with detailed cases to create actionable reports for management
  • Diligently watch for patterns of misunderstanding/deficient information through incoming cases and alert your supervisor and manager
  • Order replacement plants for customers as needed
  • Actively participate in all meetings, sharing successes and challenges, asking questions, and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  • Relevant college coursework preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gardening or horticulture industry

  • Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
  • Experience with CRM software and statistical data reporting
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service or sales
