Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
• Working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office area and high-speed internet connection
