Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet
  • Guiding and helping customers find answers to their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your home computer and remotely accessing our systems to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Participating in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
  • A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
  • A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection to the wall/router, and headset hookups

Technical Requirements

To ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements to perform your job duties, you will need to have:

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors
  • Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
