Procurement and Supply Chain Manager (m/f/x)
Location: Heidenheim a.d. Brenz, Berlin, Porto, Riga, Istanbul, or remote (Germany/Portugal/Latvia/Turkey)

How you’ll cause a spring in our step:
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent work experience builds your springboard.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting, you don’t have to take a leap in the dark in these areas (a plus if some of this experience is in the highly regulated healthcare industry, such as the pharmaceutical sector or medical devices).
- You do know how to make head or tail out of procurement and supply chain methodologies and concepts, and are able to translate them into strategy and implementation.
- You are a fox when it comes to stakeholder, relationship, and supplier management alike.
- Instead of jumping down other peoples’ throats, you use your team player qualities, a focus on improvement, a strong drive for results, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You are crafty in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Your analytical skills aren’t easily outfoxed.
- You leap right at working with customers, including senior level stakeholders, to execute procurement and supply chain projects and to ensure a consistent delivery.
- You’ve had more than a brief brush with operating model design, cost & productivity optimisation, planning, and transformations.
- By always being on the hunt for outstanding results, you make our clients’ processes simple, scalable, and cost efficient.
- The ability to apply insights into a customer’s situation for meaningful impact is part of your tricks.
- You easily bounce to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organisational structures of our customers.
- With your ambition, you help the Procurement and Supply Chain practice to leap forward in order to drive incremental value for clients.
