Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enter data into computer systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency

• Collect, scan, and digitize data from various sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, and images
• Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve any errors or discrepancies
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 60 wpm
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, with frequent sitting and use of a computer keyboard and mouse
