Position Overview
We're currently seeking a highly skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. As a key member of our Operations and Business Intelligence team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems
- Conducting data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Identifying and addressing data quality issues and implementing corrective actions
- Providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive growth
A Few Examples of Tasks You'll Perform
* Developing predictive models and figures to proactively convey required data to support business decisions
- Conducting analysis of asset use and identifying more efficient arrangements
- Reporting on the execution of data-driven initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- Developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from senior leaders
- Presenting findings to Operations and Business Intelligence teams, including senior leaders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R
- Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with MS Office is required
- A strong focus on data quality, with the ability to identify and address data quality issues
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
