Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they have a memorable experience with our airline. You'll answer queries, assist with reservations, provide travel information, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner. You'll be empowered to handle a variety of scenarios, showcasing your problem-solving skills and your commitment to our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, or live chat.
