Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our travelers. Your primary duties will include:

• Ticket Agent: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process.
• Gate Agent: You'll help our customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Safety and Security: You'll consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others, and adhere to all operational processes and procedures.
• Computer Skills: You'll use computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the check-in process, and assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status.
• Physical Demands: You'll be required to frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.

• Language Skills: You'll be fluent in both written and oral English, and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
