Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Advisor

As a Remote Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner
• Assisting customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries
