Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Consistently achieve both quality and production standards, ensuring that data is accurate and complete

• Work independently and quietly with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges

• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, adhering to strict data protection protocols
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, ensuring that data entry, collection, and retrieval standards are consistently met

Requirements

* 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy

• Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
• Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse, meeting minimum technical specifications
• Windows 8.1 or higher required, with Wi-Fi security featuring WPA2 protection or better
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
• Can work full time on 1st shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities
• Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area, ensuring a distraction-free work environment
• Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse, meeting minimum technical specifications
