Key Responsibilities

As a part-time remote data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and examining financial data, including pay and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's financial policies and procedures.
  • Auditing and checking the accuracy of financial data entries and bookkeeping orders assigned to different accounts.
  • Applying sound accounting standards and creating or suggesting bookkeeping techniques and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Educating or allocating work to accountants, bookkeeping agents, and other partners to participate in daily bookkeeping activities.
  • Arranging bookkeeping matters with different departments, areas, and divisions.
  • Participating in financial reporting and analysis.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old and lawfully authorized to work in the US.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial data entry processes and procedures.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.

  • Financial analysis and reporting.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • PC application skills, including Excel, Access, and general ledger software.
