Position Overview

As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for typing, proofreading, and editing electronic documents to support daily production. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting customer specifications and quality standards. This is a part-time remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Correct OCR errors and ensure data accuracy

• Transcribe data from source documents with precision and attention to detail
• Verify entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Apply composition codes and style rules to maintain consistency and quality
• Check for compliance with style guide rules to ensure adherence to industry standards
• Consistently meet quality requirements and production deadlines
• Problem-solve and escalate issues that may impact delivery of a quality, on-time product
• Participate in team meetings and projects to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Work closely with supervisors, peers, quality staff, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Assist in training new employees, maintaining work instructions, and recommending changes for improvement
