Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients to the resources they need.

Responsibilities

As a Support Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through live chat, providing friendly and professional support
  • Answering inquiries related to our services, appointment scheduling, and general mental health information
  • Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records of chats
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Working collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to improve the overall client experience
  • Staying up-to-date with our services and policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Contributing to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to streamline support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with clients' inquiries and concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Proficiency in using chat software and other computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A high school diploma is required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus
