Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have requested more information about our benefits. You'll consult with them, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary of $65,000 to $68,500 per year, based on experience and performance
  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses

  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home (Our offices are open if you work more efficiently in an office setting)
