About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while balancing your outside priorities. You'll provide your availability, and we'll work with you to develop a schedule that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate reliability and commitment to being present and on time for your full shift each day

  • Handle a high volume of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails, with an estimated 50-60 phone calls per shift
  • Meet our high performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, meeting customer service efficiency metrics, and other responsibilities as assigned
  • Engage customers with a passion for people, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Listen actively and show empathy to understand customer concerns and find the best solutions
  • De-escalate customer concerns using conflict management skills and professional composure
  • Problem solve with autonomy, thinking analytically to find solutions in a first contact resolution approach
  • Multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer questions
  • Escalate systemic issues to help us continuously improve and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills, with a focus on de-escalating customer concerns
