Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team.   • Provide Product Insights and Solutions: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, then position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Close Sales and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop Your Skills and Knowledge: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
