Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Remote/Hybrid, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service

  • Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer inquiries, including order placement, order management, and pricing and invoicing discrepancies
  • Resolve customer challenges by using all available resources, including account selection, product identification, and return procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer experience, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and industry-specific areas

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs, including CRM software and other industry-specific tools
  • Stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services, including inventory management and technical support
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in multiple languages
