Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Web Chat Operator to join our remote customer support team. As a Web Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for providing live chat sales and customer support directly on our website. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home using just your phone or laptop.

Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to:

• Log into the live chat portal each day, engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing support
• Use the live chat software to simplify responding to common questions
• Collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
• Work autonomously, following detailed instructions and guidelines
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

• Rate: $35 per hour

Essential Qualifications

* Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
