Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through our live chat and tele chat channels
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions in a timely manner
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to resolve any escalated customer issues

Qualifications
