Job Description

It's an exciting time to join arenaflex as we continue to transform the entertainment industry globally. We're looking for a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team in North LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, and Peru). In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Product, and Analytics, to ensure a unified customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, card schemes, and fintechs
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure arenaflex remains competitive

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Deep understanding of customer support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
