The Role
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating departmental wishes and contributing to a program that offers training and development to help you become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in business analytics. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of data, develop your analytical skills, and collaborate with senior team members to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of current transactional, digital marketplaces
- Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to aid strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing strategies
- Help develop financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to support financial planning efforts
- Collaborate with teams across departments to recognize business opportunities
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations
Essential Qualifications
* Strong interest in working within the entertainment industry
- Passion for global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience
- Ability to live in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide will be provided, if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to practice true judgment
- Curious about learning new technology and workflows
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data analysis or a related field
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with senior team members
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
