Key Responsibilities
* Host live casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Interact with players from around the world, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive gaming experience
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the games, rules, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient gameplay
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless gameplay and a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
* Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to arenaflex's uniform and grooming standards
