Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their problems
  • Managing customer complaints and ensuring a timely resolution
  • Utilizing arenaflex's systems and tools to navigate through booking information and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding performance goals set by the company
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
