Position Overview

As an Online Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless, engaging, and memorable. Your primary role will involve:

  • Responding to live chat messages promptly, addressing customer questions and needs with empathy and expertise
  • Providing customers with relevant sales links and exclusive discounts to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Utilizing critical thinking and technical skills to guide customers to the best solutions, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Working independently while closely following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborating with our team to share best practices, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages promptly, addressing customer questions and needs

  • Provide customers with relevant sales links and exclusive discounts
  • Utilize critical thinking and technical skills to guide customers to the best solutions
  • Work independently while closely following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

* Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with access to social media and website chat functions

  • Ability to work independently, ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
