We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, managing data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
• Confirming, corroborating, and removing unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
• Exploring the internet for information
• Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
• Investigating reports and sheets of data
• Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Competent computer skills, including:

+ Word processing + Spreadsheets + Presentation software + Databases + Customer database systems
