Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in arenaflex's database systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and consistency.
• Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Upholding data security and confidentiality standards, and maintaining a proactive attitude towards process improvement and optimization.
• Meeting established data entry targets and deadlines, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our data management processes.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service through accurate and timely data entry.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards process improvement and optimization.
