Position Overview

As an Experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information, address customer inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and operational challenges. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office or call center environment
  • Familiarity with medical and claim terminology
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and willing to learn
