Responsibilities
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also building strong relationships with our customers and promoting our brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating reliability and attendance, with a commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day
- Handling a high volume of customer contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails
- Meeting our high-performance bar for customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Providing professional customer engagement, including active listening and empathy
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Using internal resources to find the best solutions for our customers
- De-escalating customer care situations and maintaining professional composure
- Being tech-savvy and able to multitask, with a strong understanding of technology and ability to navigate multiple browsers, tabs, and tools
- Identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with our leadership team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and understand English and Spanish
- Have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
- Be able to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
