Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team as a Work From Home Data Entry and Support Specialist. As a key member of our AWS IT Services Support team, you'll be responsible for providing highly-available IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide. You'll manage local and/or remote resources, assist in defining the perfect customer experience, and develop strategies to create that experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage local and/or remote resources to provide highly-available IT support to arenaflex employees worldwide

• Assist in defining the perfect customer experience and develop strategies to create that experience
• Help the group develop and leverage their knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
• Identify ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement
• Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical and business problems
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex employees

Essential Qualifications

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations

• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with IT service management tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with data entry and support systems
• Strong understanding of customer experience and customer-centricity
