Job Summary

As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Investigation Group's efforts to drive account-level knowledge and insights for Southwest Business. You'll work closely with account managers to provide data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong skillset in data entry, research, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Directors, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets.

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources.
• Clean and design data to ensure it's compatible with our systems.
• Support account managers in meeting requests and requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks.
• Participate in special projects and research requests.
