Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store
- Inspiring, coaching, training, and developing store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results
- Adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment
- Leading the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus
- Coaching and encouraging team members with clear communications to foster growth and development
- Developing strong relationships across teams and with customers to create an environment that enhances loyalty for arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership ability, with experience in coaching, training, and developing team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language, with multilingual ability a plus
- Flexibility with your schedule, with a willingness to work varying shifts and hours based on business needs
