Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Care Chat Professional to join our Virtual Customer Care team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to American Express clients via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone to American Express clients

  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with American Express products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 3-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
