The Role
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through our user-friendly software and remote sales chat platform. Your primary focus will be on advertising and selling shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales through our chat platform. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our closers to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads to encourage sales
- Close sales directly through our chat platform by sending invoices from our system
- Collaborate with our closers to ensure that every customer has a positive experience
- Utilize your skills and experience to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace

Requirements
* Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and our user-friendly software
- Ability to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of the shipping container industry
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online advertising
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
