Job Description

We are seeking experienced International Live Chat Support Agents to join our team. As an International Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you will be required to be flexible and adaptable in your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be flexible and adaptable in your work
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent English Language Skills: You must have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

  • 8 GB RAM and High-Speed Internet: You must have a computer with 8 GB RAM and high-speed internet access.
  • Minimum 6 Hours of Power Backup: You must have a minimum of 6 hours of power backup in case of power cuts.
  • Fixed Night Shifts: You must be willing to work in fixed night shifts.
  • 0-3 Years of Experience: You must have 0-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Experience in BPO: Previous experience in BPO or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of CRM Software: Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in Customer Service: Certifications in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) certification, are highly desirable.
