The Role

As a Customer Service Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide live chat support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships with our brand. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex customer issues, providing technical support, and promoting career development within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business results

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
